As the Amiga was and still is the leader in multitasking functions, I feel that it was born to MULTIT ASK, l still say that you don't need to go to school to learn how to run one. With a PC, in order to have sound you have to buy a sound card. However, with an Amiga, Jerry Hehr of Medina, North Dakota really believes in his Amiga. sound is already installed right out of the box, in stereo even. I like my Amiga so well now that I'll never go to any other brand, no matter how much less they are in price. Yes I know that most other computers have CD ROMs installed in them, for less money than the Amiga, however installing a CD ROM in an Amiga isn't much of a problem either. I used to have a Commodore 128 and when I saw the first Amiga 1000 demonstration, I thought I would never need one. In 1987 I purchased my first Amiga 1000, I thought I really had something. It had 1.5 megs of ram, I also purchased a SuperGen genlock at the same time. In 1990, 1 traded my 1000 in for an Amiga 2000HD with a 40.MB hard drive and 3 megs of memory. At the time, I thought l would never fill up that much hard drive space. A short while later I did. I later sold my 2000 and in January 1994 I purchased my Amiga 4000/040 with 530MB of hard drive space and 16 megs of RAM! Now I really think my computer can work with the best of them, I have mnny friends that have never even heard of an Amiga computer
